Returns & Replacements

Every Aero & Aft piece is made to order, often with details chosen specifically by you. We want you to feel confident placing your order, and we stand behind items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Made-to-Order Items

Because each item is produced after purchase, we do not accept returns or size exchanges for:

  • A change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Color preference
  • A personalization detail entered by the customer
  • A design preference after the item has been produced

Please review the size guide, selected color, size, quantity, and all personalization details before placing your order. Personalized and made-to-order items are final sale except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If Something Is Wrong With Your Order

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the size, product, or design you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Email hello@aeroandaft.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for your order
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the item and the issue

Please do not send an item back unless we first ask you to do so. In most cases, photos allow us to resolve the matter quickly without requiring a return shipment.

Approved Replacements and Refunds

Once we review your request, we will let you know the next step. For approved claims, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

If a replacement is issued because of our error, damage, defect, or an incorrect item, there is no additional charge to you.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@aeroandaft.com.

We will do our best to help before the order has been approved for production. Once production has begun, changes and cancellations are no longer available because the item is already being made specifically for you.

Sizing Guidance

Aero & Aft offers size information on each product page. Measurements can vary slightly by garment style and manufacturer. For the best fit, compare the listed garment measurements with an item you already own and enjoy wearing.

If we send a size different from the one shown on your order confirmation, we will make it right.
