Welcome to Aero & Aft. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of aeroandaft.com and purchases made through our store. Aero & Aft is a brand of Red Raven Brands LLC.

Agreement to These Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, adding products to your cart, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns & Replacements Policy.

When you complete checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Our Products

Aero & Aft offers made-to-order apparel, personalized items, and travel-inspired designs for aviation, boating, yachting, and cruise travel.

Product photos, mockups, colors, and embroidery previews are provided to show the intended design. Actual colors may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, fabric, print placement, embroidery, and normal production variation.

We may update, discontinue, correct, or limit products, pricing, descriptions, colors, and availability at any time.

Personalized and Made-to-Order Items

Many Aero & Aft products are made specifically after an order is placed. Before submitting an order, please carefully review all selected sizes, colors, quantities, spelling, initials, dates, destinations, uploaded artwork, and other personalization details.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Aero & Aft is not responsible for errors in customer-provided spelling, dates, sizes, color choices, artwork, or other personalization details.

By uploading artwork, photographs, logos, or other materials, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use it. We may decline or cancel requests involving material that appears unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate for production.

Orders and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and review before production begins.

To help protect our customers and business, some orders may be manually reviewed before approval. We may contact you if we need clarification or verification. We may cancel and refund an order when payment cannot be verified, a product is unavailable, a pricing error is obvious, required order information is missing, or we cannot reasonably fulfill the order.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Changes and Cancellations

Because most items move into production quickly, change or cancellation requests must be sent to hello@aeroandaft.com as soon as possible.

We will make every reasonable effort to help before production approval. Once production has begun, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping and Delivery

Aero & Aft currently ships within the United States and Canada.

Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

If we cannot ship your order within the stated time, we will contact you with updated information and available options, including cancellation and a refund for unshipped merchandise when required.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because our apparel is made to order and many items are personalized, we do not accept returns or size exchanges for fit, customer size selection, color preference, change of mind, or customer-entered personalization.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or in a size different from the one ordered, please contact hello@aeroandaft.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and clear photos of the issue.

Intellectual Property

Aero & Aft’s website, branding, original artwork, product designs, photographs, graphics, copy, and logos are owned by or licensed to Red Raven Brands LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used without written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aero & Aft and Red Raven Brands LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
